Most home insurance policies have something about leaky pipes in foundation. At least the so called premium upgraded ones do. Has the op checked with insurance?

I checked, it's covered, but with a 1% deductible, the repairs would need to be over 3 grand for them to start writing a check. 200 sq/ft of lenolium, 1x1 sheet rock repair and a base molding aint gonna be there.
Had a plumber come out today, should be right where I thought it was going to be, turned off my hot water and gas and will be back in the morning. 1200-1700 depending on a few factors for their part.
