(mods-please leave this thread in the Back porch over the weekend due to the higher amount of traffic in the back porch then the home improvement section. Ill pm someone on Mon to have them move it)
Iv been contacting different hvac companies for quotes to have the HVAC system in my house replaced. Junk Racing sent me a pm about installing a system. He said it was ok with him if I started a thread asking about the quality of his work. So if anyone has had him work on anything or know him please let me know.
Im not trying to be a dick or anything Im just nervous about the quality of work due to the jackass who installed the current hvac setup which almost burned my house down(If anyone wants to know what company to stay away from pm me). This company installed the cheapest pos system they could and installed it the worst possible way they could. There is a furnace riser that's supposed to go from the inside unit through the attic and up through the roof. This company decided to only buy enough riser tube to stick through the ceiling and then add a 45 degree elbow that pointed 2 inches from a wood rafter. When we found it the rafter was charred black. Although they did install a roof vent that wasnt connected to anything .
