Just don't go... A lawyer my mom used to work for said that they can't prove you received the summons, (unless they send it certified mail, which most do not) so they can't do anything if you don't show up or call...

With all those rules i would just vote not guilty if i got picked. I kind of object to the idea that i am obligated to jury duty any way.

Never went or showed up had someone call from the court house once and ask where I am. I was like what address did you send it to. Oh ya moved like a year ago did you send it certified signature. Nope. Out of that one.
