Where is this said Grand National located? I might know a thing or two about them. Rolling the OD back on one of these cars isn't impossible...but the cluster is a pain in the ass to take apart and put back together in working condition.

Do you do your own wrenching? If not do you have the time/budget to take it to royse city or whiskey flats to have it worked on by someone who knows these cars?
