I've worked in middle management for some of the largest corporations, and you know what the description in the system was for people who worked there? It was not "employees" or "associates" it was.....vendors. They had 86,000 vendors. You're viewed as just an expense.
And you know.....any job that can be done primarily on a computer, can be offshored to India tomorrow. That might include YOU.
My advice to young people is to get a hands on skill.....welders, plumber, mechanics, technicians.....those jobs cannot be done on a computer, so they cannot be offshored .
