Olives at the Bellagio (has a patio where you can watch the fountains) or Hugo's Cellar downtown at the Four Queens.

Carnevino or Olives are both excellent choices.

SW at the Wynn, it fits with the car theme too as there is a Ferrari dealership at the hotel which you can tour. I assume the dealer is still there, haven't been in years.

Ate at Olives a couple years ago and I'd recommend it.

Ferrari, Maserati and their used section usually has some sort of Koenigsegg.

Any of the major strip hotels will have really good restaurants. Caesars, Bellagio, Wynn and Palazzo have some great food. Picasso at Bellagio has outdoor patio overlooking the fountains as well. Some of the best food I've had in Vegas and I have eaten at at least 20 different restaurants around the strip.

We went with a fairly large group to the Capital Grill and I impressed. Great food and excellent service.

I had a great time at the Capital Grille there as well back in June. Table overlooking the strip and was very quiet. I think there were larger round tables along the windows as well.

                            Directly across from the Wynn.
