Las Vegas Dinner Recommendations?

We'll be heading out to SEMA again this year and have a dinner scheduled with a prospective client. Anybody have any good suggestions for a nice (but less than $100 a plate) restaurant that'd be conducive to a business conversation?

Last year we took a prospect to this Moroccan joint that was really bad ass, great food, hot belly dancer, but it was dark and loud and not a great fit for this upcoming meeting. http://www.marrakechvegas.com/

If you end up at CarneVino you have to try the steak tartar, it's insanely good.

Bobby Fleys Mesa Grill in Caesars palace was the fucking bomb!! Somewhat younger and more up beat while still being classy feel to the place and the food was awesome!!
