Work, not really my choice. I have a few stores around there that I cover.

Yeah, um, no. I'm about the last person to screw anyone over for anything. But, if I ever catch who did it, they will truly be sorry that they were ever born. I'll get that 10 fold out of them.

You left valuable electronics in your car parked in Duncanville?!?! I bet the responding police officer did a face palm.

I ate there last Friday and locked my winch in the bed of my truck. I just knew my cover was going to be cut when I came out and the winch gone. I got lucky.

Thieves broke into my car and took my daughters Dora backpack once. I learned after that to not leave any visible bags/electronics in my car regardless of my location. Look for it on craigslist and get a few of us to carry out a sting. This site has amazingly found lots of stolen stuff for other members through the years.

                        That sucks man!

Had my truck stolen from my parents driveway last december in Duncanville.

Makes me sad how shitty that town has gotten.

Yeah, I'm checking every hour or so. I am more pissed that insurance is being so stingy. Funny part is they didn't touch the $500 radar detector that was right there but rather reached all the way into the passenger side floorboard to grab my bag.

That's what their doing now a days... walking the rows looking for people who leave their electronics, purses, cash, etc (radar ddetectors and I pods aren't high on that list at all...). They first jiggle the door (yes, not only do people leave shit in plain view, they also don't lock it.) And if locked, they smash n grab. Quick, pretty quiet, and gone. My last city was quite uppity and the crap people LEAVE in their car when they go to the gym... astounding... bank business money bags, huge coach purses with the woman's entire life inside, laptops and tablets, GUNS!

Not bashing you OP. I'm more sorry ur car has been violated!

                              lmao

Man, that sucks. My parents were vacationing in S. Padre a month or so back and they got their drivers window smashed out in the hotel parking lot over night. Stole a gps and a bunch of other shit I can't remember. Fucking pisses me off, they're in their 70's and had to stay down there in a rental while it was fixed. On the bright side I got to give my dad back a little shit for leaving stuff in plain view since he used to bitch at me for putting aftermarket audio equipment in my car that always seemed to get stolen. That's one of the reasons I started rolling newer cars, so I wouldn't need to upgrade anything visible.
