If it doesn't have 3 pedals, it's not a manual transmission. Paddle shifters are useless toy, that 95% of the time are never used after the first week of ownership.

For commuting I totally agree, but they are so much more effective than a traditional manual or automatic for aggressive driving. Admittedly more so on a turning track than in the straight-line, but hardly "useless" for those that use them.
