That's very professional of him. He could have easily just ignored everything and decided to stop being an advertiser here. Good for you!!

Tony had sent me a PM over the weekend, letting me know that it would be Monday before he could make anything happen on my deal, and he made a promise to be back in touch.
I'm happy to say that the man kept his promise. Tony called me this afternoon to let me know that he has gotten approval to issue me a refund for the amount I was out on my deal....which was almost $4K. He was pleasant to speak with, very professional, and he made no excuses...just interested in righting these wrongs. I think he is genuinely interested in rebuilding positive relationships in this community and beyond.
Tony said that it will be a few days before the check is actually issued...he offered to mail it to me or invited me to come by and pick it up in-person - whatever works best for me. I told him to just let me know when he has it in his hand, and I'll see what works best.
If I can make it work with my schedule, I'd prefer to drive out there and meet him in-person....I want to put a face with a name, and I intend to shake his hand for making this deal right in the end.

"Making it right" or not, one should always assume a dealership is trying to screw you. They only have to deal with you until you sign or walk out - you have to live with that purchase for a long time.Originally posted by MR EDDU defend him who use's racial slurs like hes drinking water.
