Tony called me yesterday about the thread here and it's all been said already in his previous posts but I am very impressed with his handling of this situation. I have had plenty of "unhappy" customers for different advertisers and no one has handled it the way that Tony has, basically "We messed up, lets make this right". I expect from now on you should contact Tony directly if you are looking at purchasing a Ford/Lincoln and he will make sure things go smoothly.

Hopefully they've got the follow through to match, but I have a feeling they will just based on how he worded and approached things. You're right, on here that seems rare indeed. If this guy is legit... then why did Rreemo get fucked in the ass like he did? He was obviously around if he has been there at GVF for 5 years. Rreemo seems to be one of the most honest guys on this site and he still took it big time on a used truck from them. It never would have happened if they had been so concerned with their image and making it right.

While I'd normally agree with you off the bat, I'll also let him run with the theory of "I didn't know" for a short while. In your opinion, what could Tony do to make it right for Reemo now? In my mind, the damage is done and it's rebuilding time.
