This place can fuck right the hell OFF!
It all started when I took my son's 1990 Mustang up there last year to get it inspected after we bought it since you have to have older than '96 models on the dyno. During the inspection process they found a small wiring issue that affected the turn signal switch, so I had to have the wiring for the ignition switched fixed, which was very minor. Since then(roughly 6 months ago) they have called me not less than 6 times trying to get me to trade it in so they can sell me a GD vehicle. What kind of company is this or does this kind of garbage? Tactics like this seem extremely unprofessional, IMHO. I get that they want to sell vehicles, but to stoop to giving your sales team leads from people who have had their vehicle in for inspection and/or repair? It's almost as bad as the cocksuckers who up-sell shit that isn't necessary. Anyway, back to the story... to be completely honest, the first guy that called me 6 months ago I was actual really nice to and told him that the car in question was one I bought for my 16 year old son and I would not be trading it in to buy him a new car and also asked him to kindly take me off all of their "call lists". No dice, the calls continued, and as they continued I became increasingly irritated which lead to me not being so pleasant with the salesmen on the other end as none of them would take "No thank you, I'm not interested" for an answer and insisted that I listen to the "super great fantastic awesome motherfucking deals that they could offer me and I was sure to be impressed and wouldn't be able to say no". Fast forward to 15 minutes ago, the guy that called from Towne East that I just hung up on had the gall to tell me, after telling him 3 times that I was not interested and to please stop calling as I am STILL not interested in ANY of their vehicles, that I should just bring the Mustang down and trade it in because he was sure that it wasn't reliable nor meeting my needs. Whiskey! Tango! Foxtrot! Before I hung up I said "I have a 2010 Silverado sitting in my driveway, so how is it again that you're figuring I need to trade in this 20 year old Mustang since I have no reliable vehicle, nor one that meets my needs?" Click.
