I was a fan of his and I'm glad Stern entertained his character on the show. I cracked up every time when Eric would call in and Fred would bombard the discussion with sound drops of his voice and then do his ETM impersonation.

I had a love hate relationship when it came to Eric. Sometimes he cracked me up and then other times he brought the show to a dead stop and killed it for me. Sucks another whack packer is gone. I have to say my favorite all time whack packer was Hank the Angry Drunken Dwarf, that guy made me laugh.
