Restaurant open late near DFW?

So, the wife gets in about 10 tonight & i'm trying to find someplace open late. Not having much luck. I realize its national cheesburger day, but that aint gonna fly. 183 west/121 area. Suggestions?

Mediocre mexican food, but the fajitas are good.

Most places are going to close around 10pm during the week. Breastaurants are open later, though.

I know I'm not... every time we go west, or north east towards princeston and I have the fiance in the car, I HAVE to stop at one to get her something... She loves some Allsups.

when I was in Santa Fe, we would make the mistake of getting Allsups chimi's, burritos, etc. after closing the bars...
