lol! I still need to remodel 2 bathrooms. 1 just a refresh, but the master is going to get gutted. It never ends. I'd really like to put in a sprinkler system, too.

It's a pretty new build (2010), but I'm prepared to face any issues that come up. I negotiated the sellers into including a home warranty too, so hopefully that'll help out if something goes awry.
Here's the listing pic. I haven't had a chance to even go back there since I first looked at it 2 months ago. I'll be there tonight unloading stuff, though.

Not me personally, as I was not around. I had my realtor/family friend do a walk through.
The listing agent made sure to make it hard for me to get a walk through in. When I first looked at the house I was going to use only her, but she was rude and didn't think I was serious. So, I called our friend up and had him handle it and take a chunk of her commission.

Yep. I want/need a riding mower.. Which means a new bigger shed. Then a couple hundred feet of chain link fencing. The back needs all new light fixtures, not to mention a kitchen/living area remodel....oh and im buying new windows in a couple weeks. Fuck.

yep, i was about ready to go granite on the counters, redo the backsplash in the kitchen, redo my bathtub and shower, then the a/c took a shit. $6500 later the house is icy, but the counters still suck.
