  • Can anyone recommend a great heater?

These past few nights have been awfully cold..... My house is very old off the m-streets and it's not insulated. We have gas heaters but the one in the master bedroom is leaking gas at the moment so we don't use it. I went and bought a heater at lowes which was the best heater I could find without buying one of those fireplace heaters. The heater has been working pretty damn good up until the cold really start to hit!

I was just wondering if anyone could recommend any better heaters at a decent price?

Here is what I'm currently using..... It's not really getting the job done.

I lol'd... Seriously though you know it's cold in the house when you can see the condensation from you breathing or the condensation rising after the puppy takes a dump in the house ;(

I'm looking at the site now. I don't need anything too extreme but I'd like something that is quiet and not going to burn my house down. Lol.

I have two of these ceramic heaters. They work like a champ. They do draw the amps though.

Yeah I'm off Matilda as well! We got an old house..... Window units, gas heaters and no insulation. It's very big though and hard to keep warm.

                          Whoa. Super Crazy!

My mailing address is Hudson but it's really Matilida. They did some fucked up thing with the lots when these were built a few years ago. I had hell trying to get all my utilities set up because no one knew what the hell the real address was. LOL

Pretty quiet. You hear the fan when they spool up, but it's nothing you can't talk over.
