I agree. My commute was much better today, the left lane was completely free of ice in most parts (no ruts because there was no ice). People would get going the speed limit in the left lane and then some moron would be going 10-20 mph in the left lane when there were perfectly good ruts in the middle and right lanes that they could use to allow those of us willing to go the speed limit on a dry road the opportunity.
