So I'm curious, how exactly do these lawyers get people off DWI's? I talked to a cop a while back and she was saying that a DWI arrest has to go down perfectly by the numbers or the lawyers will nitpick every bit of the procedure, apparently DWI's are a real pain in the ass. Any first hand experience here, would like to hear it.

Challenge the SFST, the initial stop, any tests, your own experts. Not cheap, but happens plenty.
