I don't like the guy, but the more people like you say dumbass shit like this makes you just like the people who blamed bush for everything thing that happened during his presidency.

The fact you place blame on one person shows how much you really DONT know. Keep pointing the finger like a little puppet.
I was making fun of all the Political Forum morons that are always blaming Obummer for everything, dick bump.

Can't say I've ever heard that one.....is that like a herpes sore, or more like a genital wart?

I'm full of one liners, but in his case it's meant as a herpes sore...

Seems like aircraft like that should have portable oxygen readily available for situations like this

Just hold your breath and plug your nose, you'll be fine. It's very similar to diving into water.

One would think. I'm not familiar with the TBM-700, but I can tell that it is not considered transport category and not subject to the more rigorous aviation regulations. Effective certification date for this type design is 1987, which means only those regulations in effect at that time apply. Looking at it briefly, it doesn't appear that there is any specific requirement for crew oxygen on normal and commuter aircraft certified prior to 1993 with service ceiling below 40,000 ft. After 1993 aircraft that operate above 25,000ft must have crew oxygen.

I don't know whether the aircraft had an oxygen system installed; even some portable oxygen system. As much as I'd even think so, from a regulatory perspective, it seems entirely possible that it did not!
