When I was down at an Embassy Suites in San Antonio last March I had a wifi connection pop up that said "NSA Surveilance network #(some number)). I didn't think much of it at the time, then later when I was down in the parking lot there was govt plated F450 with quiet a few antennae of different sizes over it. When I googled it later it seems others have seen them as well. No idea what they were doing, but they were there.
