I do welding on lots of construction sites, a lot of the guys are there because they can't get on anywhere else, don't work well with others, or just not too bright.

I knew this guy many years ago....was married to my best friend's older sister. http://www.wcmessenger.com/2011/news...murder-charge/

Used to be a pretty cool guy and was mostly normal until he got into an accident that left him with some significant brain damage...he was not cool nor normal at all after that.

When I was a youngster, pops was friends with this dude. I forget his name, but he lived in Kaufman. He caught his ol lady cheating on him, and his kid knew about it and was helping the mom hide it. He found out and killed his ol lady and his kid. Ill ask pops whats that fools name, and Ill see if I can find an article about it

From what I've heard the reason my dad's side of the family moved back here from California is the crowd my dad and uncle were hanging out with. I know my uncle has a few under his belt that he served time for. He was the hit man for the crew as his initiation.

My cousin is still serving time for his baby dieing from shaken baby syndrome. I hold to my opinion that his mom did it, I can't see it with how I saw him with the kid. He was a fuck up but all I ever saw was love for it.

Well, since we're getting real here.....

My mother drowned when I was 3 years old (1969) in Galveston Bay. I was always told what a terrible accident it was, and how they were out on a moonlight romantic cruise, and how she stood up in the small boat and fell overboard, and my dad desperately jumped in to save her and grabbed hold of her wool sweater and swam back to the boat only to find the heavy sweater empty..

Then in 2004 when I tracked down my mom's sister in Ohio after not having contact with her since my mom's death, she tells me this:

"Chris, for the life of me, I will never understand why your father took your mother out in the middle of the bay in that little boat at 2:00 AM with no life preserver, knowing she couldn't swim. If that were to happen in this day and age, and knowing some of his other shenanigans, he would have been interrogated until he admitted HE KILLED HER."

His other shenanigans are unspeakable on here... but he remarried to my stepmom, then killed himself when I was 5 and left me stuck with her.

Damn dude. It is no wonder how you began self-medicating and demons you've battled over the years then.

Don, thank you for using "legitimate" vs. "legit". I appreciate it.

                            god bless.
