He didn't say that they would do a 9/11 style attack, and everything in this story indicates that is not the case.

Did you seriously just change his story and then try to call him wrong? Lol we all see right through that BS.

Airliners have gone missing completely...it's not impossible to think they would try and attack. I agree it's unlikely to occur in the US anytime soon...but far from impossible.

Subs don't carry anti-aircraft weapons, but we do have other assets in theater that could get the job done.

My thought as well. These dumbasses are going to bring a world-jihad against themselves.

Ok... I don't think he said that.

Alex at this point given how many times these simple minded terrorists have slipped thru the cracks with multiple government agencies and done things most of us would have considered impossible....would it really be so far fetched to assume that at this point anything they want to do they can probably find a way to do it?

Report: Missing Libyan jetliners raise fears of suicide airliner attacks on 9/11

Islamist militias in Libya took control of nearly a dozen commercial jetliners last month, and western intelligence agencies recently issued a warning that the jets could be used in terrorist attacks across North Africa.

Intelligence reports of the stolen jetliners were distributed within the U.S. government over the past two weeks and included a warning that one or more of the aircraft could be used in an attack later this month on the date marking the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks against New York and Washington, said U.S. officials familiar with the reports.

“There are a number of commercial airliners in Libya that are missing,” said one official. “We found out on September 11 what can happen with hijacked planes.”

The official said the aircraft are a serious counterterrorism concern because reports of terrorist control over the Libyan airliners come three weeks before the 13th anniversary of 9/11 attacks and the second anniversary of the Libyan terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic compound in Benghazi.

Four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, were killed in the Benghazi attack, which the Obama administration initially said was the result of a spontaneous demonstration against an anti-Muslim video.

Oh gee wiz vacation!! Vacation!!! you guys sound ignorant.

Obama is way behind the pace of other presidents as far as vacation goes, especially GWB. Focus on the fact that he is failing miserably even with MORE time in the office than previous presidents.
