          • We cancelled an equipment upgrade appointment with a DirecTV installer when he failed to show within three hours of their window, and went with U-verse instead. Ditto with a garage door repairman last spring, went with a competitor instead. Price was not a factor in either case, customer service was.

              There's a lot of truth to the old saying that you'll catch more bees with honey rather than vinegar.

              I do agree, though, there are situations where it is warranted to go into full prick mode. When they start fucking up 2,3,4 times in a row with no apparent effort to make it right or when they are obviously just trying to fuck you (like GVF did to me last year), then yeah...gloves are off and I'm making it my life's mission to hurt their business in some way.

                          A lot of places dont keep them in stock anymore, then offer free next day delivery.. At least that with what we found. Just bought a new serta king mattress couple weeks ago from mattress firm.
