Poor service by Sleep Experts...what (if anything) should I ask for?

    I'm not sure why you continue to post, other than to further confirm what a prick you are. You aren't justified in any of this, other than in your own mind.

        Customer service sucks in this country because customers are fucking cheap assholes. And since customers are cheap assholes, nobody wants to be in customer service jobs taking their shit all damn day. So the people who do end up getting customer service jobs aren't necessarily the best employees.

        Too many people have misunderstood, and falsely believe the old saying "the customer is always right". That's absolute horseshit.. In fact, in my personal experience the customer is most likely wrong, has unrealistic demands, always wants the best product for a rock bottom price, and then blows up when one little aspect differs from what they want.

        Just my opinion and speaking generally.. Not necessarily aimed at this situation. But this thread does support the fact that the first thing everyone thinks of when any little thing is wrong is that they are now owed some free shit.

                        People want to fool themselves into believing that customer service has gone to shit b/c the industry doesn't care. To the contrary, customer service has gone to shit b/c American society has grown to an unreal level of expectations. This sort of mentality is exactly why "Made in American" is a term of history and something that the youth of today will never remember...or even care about for that matter.

                        • Guys, I just went to Whataburger for lunch and had a horrible experience.

                          I ordered my food and they asked me to pull over into the right hand lane. Seriously? You're a burger place, why do you need two lanes. I was hungry so I said whatever and pulled up. This chick who barely speaks english comes out to take my money and says she's be back in a couple minutes with my food. I said OK but as she's walking off, I started to think that is bullshit. I only have so long for my lunch break and they should have just brought me my food out then. 5 whole minutes goes by and now I see her walking back out to my truck with my food. By this time, I'm ready to go and had already rolled up my window. Had she came back in the 2 minutes, sure. But 5 minutes? Screw that. She had the nerve to stand there knocking on my window, asking me if I wanted my food or not. WTF, seriously? Needless to say, I'm not happy. I didn't get my burger, they were well beyond delivery time stated, and I got a rude @$$ Messican knocking on my window. What would be appropriate for me to ask here? FREE combo meal? Not quite, but I figure Whatasize the deal for me wasting my entire afternoon. Or should I aim higher? Anyway, screw Whataburger. What do you guys think?

                            I am not going to lie. I get into arguments all the time with my wife about a customer service situation. She tends to feel the company or business should bend over backwards to her needs in almost every situation, and usually I argue with her because I know she is being unreal. She says I don't have her back, and I tell her I do, but you are being unreasonable.

                            Then there are times I just let her go into bitch mode and handle her business with them.
