Poor service by Sleep Experts...what (if anything) should I ask for?

Guys, I just went to Whataburger for lunch and had a horrible experience.

I ordered my food and they asked me to pull over into the right hand lane. Seriously? You're a burger place, why do you need two lanes. I was hungry so I said whatever and pulled up. This chick who barely speaks english comes out to take my money and says she's be back in a couple minutes with my food. I said OK but as she's walking off, I started to think that is bullshit. I only have so long for my lunch break and they should have just brought me my food out then. 5 whole minutes goes by and now I see her walking back out to my truck with my food. By this time, I'm ready to go and had already rolled up my window. Had she came back in the 2 minutes, sure. But 5 minutes? Screw that. She had the nerve to stand there knocking on my window, asking me if I wanted my food or not. WTF, seriously? Needless to say, I'm not happy. I didn't get my burger, they were well beyond delivery time stated, and I got a rude @$$ Messican knocking on my window. What would be appropriate for me to ask here? FREE combo meal? Not quite, but I figure Whatasize the deal for me wasting my entire afternoon. Or should I aim higher? Anyway, screw Whataburger. What do you guys think?

I am not going to lie. I get into arguments all the time with my wife about a customer service situation. She tends to feel the company or business should bend over backwards to her needs in almost every situation, and usually I argue with her because I know she is being unreal. She says I don't have her back, and I tell her I do, but you are being unreasonable.

Then there are times I just let her go into bitch mode and handle her business with them.

I think you need to call back and demand a free mattress because he said 25 minutes and it took him 30 minutes. Just imagine how bad it would be if he was raping your bottom hole for that extra 5 minutes.

I actually had a never before seen moment a few years ago.

The wife argued for 20 minutes with a manager in a store about a price while I stood back and let her go on and on. The manager gave her the price she wanted and we left. We got about half way to the car and an earth shattering moment occurred, she admitted she realized she was wrong about half way through but she had to finish the argument.

This was probably at the same time all those little trimmers were popping up in north DFW. People accused all the gas wells for all the tremors, but I know better.

Same here, waited multiple hours for him to show. When he got there he apologized and gave me a free movie channel package. We actually became friends after that and hung out a few times... Medieval times, pick up basketball, karaoke party, just normal bro shit. He got pretty weird though and started getting between me and this chick I was dating. We ended up throwing punches over it and haven't seen him since. Dude was a real psycho.
