Pros:
Feels solid. Most sealed phones do, but this one feels like it was put together really well. Has a good weight to it.
Fast. Really fucking fast. Even compared to my note 3 with it's bloatware removed.
The sandstone back feels odd at first, but it also makes it feel like it would never slip out of my hand.
True to cyanogen, this is almost a pure stock feeling.
Battery life is long. If this doesn't get you through a full day and then some, you finger fuck your phone way too much, or have way too many constant running apps.
Camera is on par with the note 3 as well.
I dropped my t-mobile sim in, and took off.

Cons: Sealed phone, so no memory expansion or battery swapping.
Capactivie buttons across the bottom are very dimly lit.
non-slip back can cause it to hang up or feel weird putting into pocket.
No carrier support, so if your phone breaks, you're going to have hell getting it replaced.

This one+ is such a piece of shit, i'd feel bad making anyone else use it. I'll probably just recycle the metals and go back to my Note.

I received an invite yesterday, then a second email 4 hours later. If anyone is interested post here and if I can verify the second email as a separate invite you can have it.

No worries, glad someone gets to use this instead of waiting for months for an invite. BTW, if you get an invite for friends/family I'd like to be first in line.

I have an extra invite that's good til about 5pm and one that's good til about 9pm

Production can't keep up with the demand and they are honoring consumers in the order they registered without gouging on prices. Lol @ paying $500+ for any flagship phone.
