Florida Keys

Maybe I went to the wrong places but I went to Miami then drove all of the keys down to key west and I thought most of the state of FL was a bit of a dump, I much preferred Mexico.

A lot of it is but Duval St is like Bourbon St but smells better and has nicer weather. Sloppy Joe's to this day is my favorite bar. Great live music, an awesome craft beer selection, cheap specials and the food is good.

I can understand that perspective. Outside the touristy areas in Mexico is way worse than outside the touristy areas in Florida though. The Keys get beaten up by weather a lot, so property can deteriorate quickly if it isn't maintained.
