Freaking puppies

Several weeks ago, I had a dog wander onto my lawn and decide that she needed to live here. She's well trained, will point out critters in the yard but not go after them until you tell her she can and will hop into a truck if you open a door or drop a tailgate. No problems there and I was warming up to the idea of keeping her, then she dropped 10 pups. Short story, these little munching machines are getting expensive so, does anyone want a free puppy?

The mom is tall and lanky and if I had to guess, I'd say pit/lab mix with heavy on the lab.

Numbers 9 and 1 have found a home in the last few minutes. They're healthy and are up wandering around the yard, wrestling and everything. Seeing them pile on each other is a reminder of the meaning of "dog pile."

I don't have any experience with Catahoulas nor what they look like until I googled them. They need to find homes because I'm burnign through 50 pounds of dog food between those 10, their mom, my two and my brother's dog. May be looking for a home for his black German Shephard with gold eyes.

x2 on them being Catahoula mix. number 9 has a lot of characteristic of a Catahoula, the coat color and blue eyes. would love number 9 but to late. the bob tail Catahoula is my next dog if i can find one.

We have a 9 month old pup and she still has shit for brains. Cute as all hell, but damn. It had been over a decade since we had a puppy and I forgot what a pain in the ass they are. That said, much like kids, it's totally worth it for the intangibles.

I dare you to be mad when you've got a sleeping puppy on you. Not possible.
