Well trying to get attention. Looked like she was sitting on the light bar that lights the sign. They were pulling an ambulance directly under her so she could not fall very far.

Nope....we were going south in the left lane and there was certainly a lady sitting on the light support over the lower north bound lanes. When were driving by there were about 6-8 people standing directly below her with their arms out like they were trying to catch something. As we got close I could see her legs hanging down from the bridge. Then the ambulance was pulling under her as we were even with the bridge.
