Finaldownloader is the one I use. It will convert to a bunch of different file types, I mainly use it for mp3 and wmv.

that is the one i use as well. i have probably close to 300 songs ive done off of it. no problems whatsoever out of it.

just making sure you get a good quality sounding song on youtube before you convert it is the mistake i made the first few times. LOL
