Need info on a plate

Someone backed into my car today and drove off. i have a witness that saw it all as well as shooting a couple pictures of the truck as it was going away. he said he hit it and hauled ass.... so you know that he knew what he did.

it is a black F150 plate number DLJ7611 he said it could possibly be DLJ7011.

he hit my 95 cobra and put a couple creases in the decklid to the right of the plate. so it is worthy to pursue.

any help is very appreciated. PM the info to me if you are not comfortable publicly posting it up.
