I think it should happen. I haven't seen any compelling evidence to say that the guy wasn't coming at him. Was just watching the news and they said this could go in front of the grand jury as soon as tomorrow. So my question to the LEO's is, do all on duty shootings that end in a fatality go through the grand jury process or is this just because of it being turned into a circus? Any non LEO that might have the answer please chime in.Comment

Let's think about this for a second. Obama has pissed off the black community by giving so many handouts to the illegals and they hopped on the opportunity to create unity again with this shooting. Never mind the guy assaulted and rushed a cop, he was shot by good ole whitey who is always trying to keep a brother down.
By the way, according to Eric Holder, things like this would not happen if we hired more black cops. The cops need to reflect the diversity of the communities they serve. Uhh didn't the mayor of Ferguson already come out and said they have been trying to hire more minorities over the past 5 years but have not had enough qualified applicants?

The key: Dorian Johnson has now admitted that Michael Brown attacked Officer Wilson and attempted to take his gun. OFFICER WILSON WILL NOT BE CHARGED! This is scary.
