After reading the thread, I am not sure exactly, if it was clear who the owner was I think I would have returned it, if it was unlabeled I may have kept it. My religion in life it to treat others how I want to be treated so I imagine I would have returned it.Interested in being a VIP member and donating to the site? I think it would be more fun to track down the owner and return the stuff. Is a few hundred dollars from a pawn shop going to change my life if I decided to keep it and sell it? I don't think so. If I want something I'm going to go out and buy it.

As someone who recently had all of his camera shit stolen, I would return it. That is not fun."When the people find that they can vote themselves money, that will herald the end of the republic." -Benjamin Franklin

Last year I found an iPhone out in the corps of engineers around lake Lewisville. Got it charged up, powered on, guessed the password (0000), and got a hold of the owner after checking for provocative photos.

I've had my toolshed broken into and all my tools stolen. Expensive floor jack jack stands etc. had my old car broken into a few times. Original CDs personal belongings and small toolbox. Even a fucking work jacket with the company logo was stolen. So I know it's a shitty feeling. I would return it to its rightful owner ASAP.

Return it...to me it's something that shouldn't even have to be pondered. But I also think that things like this become clearer as we get older. I can think back to a time when I may not have been so sure...and I can also think back on some things I did when I was younger that still weigh on my conscious today.
Personally, I believe in karma now. If the right thing to do is clear...do it.70' Chevelle RagTop
