    Resident pool guys, come in

    I need to replace my DE filter and multiport valve.

    Any suggestions, deals, etc?

        When I worked at Leslie's, they sold strictly Haywards (valve and filter), they were decent as far as I know. They should be having their Labor Day sale shortly.

                  Much cheaper to buy online than Leslies. It's been a couple of years - I used poolparts4less.com. Also replacing the filter elements in your DE filter is a lot cheaper than buying a new one.

                          wow, in a little comparison, I ran a hayward 48de on both, and amazon is ~200 cheaper, both with free shipping.

                          Thanks for the heads up. I wonder if my multiport will work the new one?
