Robin Williams committed suicide

I just heard this on 92.5 on my way home. I enjoyed all of his movies. Apparently he went back to rehab recently

Just heard some discussion on it as well.. Besides the rehab / alcoholism and possibly drug abuse they said he has been battling depression as well. I was never a huge fan of his stand-up but have enjoyed many of his movies and likes him in his latest show. Very sad. RIP.

That sucks. He is a jackass for doing that if it really was a suicide, but I will still miss his performances. He was a huge supporter of the troops and of doing shows for them.

He was going through a rough time for sure. I think he was even selling his house or one of them.

Awwww man. it seems like all of the greats are dying off with nobody to replace them. Robin Williams, George Carlin, Bill Hicks. Who's the replacement for these people, Carlos "I stole your joke" Mencia and George "nothing would happen without Mexicans" Lopez? Dave Chapelle is (was) pretty funny, but the pressure has gotten to him.

I cannot disagree with you on that one. I can't see how it would ever be a good idea to just decide to leave my son without a father. We had a guy at work two years ago who was a father of a little girl; he shot himself in the face in front of his mother with a 25.06 because his wife wanted a divorce. Myself and several other refused to attend his funeral on principal.
