My friend is going through a divorce right now, and was wondering if someone here could help locate someone by a phone number? The ex wife has had really nothing to do with the child but holds the kid over his head.
His ex wife told the judge that she would always be with her child going forward with teary eyes and the judge bought her "sobby" story, and not even the next day she went out of the state for vacation and left the child with her mom. He needs evidence that she is still out of town and the child's grandmother won't tell the father where she went. I can PM you the number if you can help me. Thanks in advance.

What you are asking for isn't going to be legal. I'd advise hiring an attorney and letting their sources build a case. Otherwise if you do manage to find someone willing to break the law and likely get fired to help, whatever information they provide won't be admissable since it was obtained without any kind of a warrant.

You said he's going through a divorce, the best money he'll ever spend will be on a good attorney. Photos of her out partying along with testimony from neighbors will carry a lot more weight than someone at Verizon sending him GPS coordinates.

What he can do is watch her social media pages and save screen shots of anywhere she might be checking in or posting from. Save anything with time/date stamps. If they have any shared accounts (a really stupid idea btw) keep track of any charge activity. If she is still on his phone account then he may be able to legally use some tracking software.

Her leaving the kid with grandma to go on vacation isn't a big deal, and the judge isn't going to care. They also won't care that grandma won't tell him where the kid is. It really has nothing to do with the custody case. The only way they might care, is if grandma is prohibiting access to the child during his visitation hours. But even then, good luck.

If he doesn't have one, he needs to hire an attorney immediately. I doubt her profession will even have any affect on the judge's decision.

Lol, well he knew what he was getting into, but the fact that he even on his off days he has to go pick the kid up almost 90% of the time because she is always "out of town" or "busy" and so he wants more custody. Thats what this is about, not a divorce sorry. They have been divorced for awhile.
