I don't disagree with this either. When I owned my land, I had to park my mach 1 at my brother in law's place because I couldn't get it down my road. If I drove it, I had to drive to his place, park my truck, grab the car, etc. It was a PITA. So I sold it. Now that I'm back in the city I wouldn't mind having one, but I need a truck more - hard to haul dirtbikes in a trunk, or even the SUVs we have.Originally posted by Chuck View PostComment

Go spend 5k in mods on your 5.0 and spend 5k on a LS and I will get you 2 to 1 odds the LS will WHIP the shit out of the 5 liter. I got vids of me spraying a 1 100 shot in a Heads Cam coupe with TFS Heads and TFS Intake and N.41 and best time with a New Clutch and new Tires ran 7.80s on motor and 7.20s on spray. It's easier and more fun when you don't care about being fast. I haven't really raced the fastback in the 10 years since I built the motor and did the T-5 swap, and it still makes me smile every time I drive it.Comment
