My guess would be that anytime someone like Tony shows up at a dirt race, at least half the field is gunning for him to make a name for themselves...

Kevin Ward made a good name for himself...a douch-bag hot head that likes to smoke dope before getting in a race car.

I hope Tony's lawyers stay strong and don't pay off the civil suit just to make the problem go away... but the adverse publicity will likely take its toll and getting the problem swept under the rug will become a priority.

There were apparently a couple more cameras but they won't publicly release the vids. The Grand Jury saw those videos.
