Sad for all involved. Stewart is not a fan favorite which is why malicious intent is even being questioned. It would be an after thought if Earnhardt Junior was driving. Also, the kid calling out Tony is like a noob calling out one of the old timers on this site. What I mean to say is I can see the old timer (Stewart) telling the noob (Kid) to go fuck himself. This will likely lead to some type of rule change for anybody getting out of their car during a race.Comment

I believe the local authorities/police have questioned TS already and let him go. There still could be charges, but I doubt it. You can't run out on a dirt track and act like a fucking idiot and not for one minute think its not a dangerous situation. That kind of racing always has accidents regardless if its intentional or not. Go to the pits after the race and handle your shit like a man, don't go out on a dirt track and start throwing a hissy fit.
