                  I had one in the middle of the night in A-town about 1:15am.

                  Probably because they need more juice to heat or activity out at the Deathstar overnight.

                    you can thank deregulation for the rolling blackouts...but at least we're all saving a bunch of money on our electric bills, now...{insert sarcasm here}

                              I've yet to experience any, might be thankful I'm a memeber of an electric coop today. I talked to my parents earlier and the same rolling black outs are happening in San Antonio as well.
                              It happens to be a well thought out and reasoned dissertation on drug use and a lyrical cost/benefit analysis of various kinds of drugs, drawing the conclusion that beer is the best of them all.
