Anyone get notice that you were in contact with the people on the plane? Three of my co workers were sent home yesterday because they were in contact with someone that was on the plane with the latest nurse. I am sure its going to be a wide circle of people.

Id hope they got paid. That would be unacceptable in my book. My fiance's father had someone at his work that got questioned but they had the common sense to realize he was fine

Belton ISD closed 3 schools today, I live within their school district. There is a pretty fair chance I've walked by someone whose been in contact with someone from that school recently. A good portion of their students are Army brats, meaning there is almost certainly someone at Fort Hood that's been exposed to one of these kids somehow.

My wife works at Darnall btw. I'm sure their ER will be full of people this weekend.

I hope people realize the ER would be the last place to hang out with paranoia. If one fool has it and is sitting in the waiting room for hours....all those people who think they might have been exposed are probably going to be.

Our ER census is down with people avoiding hospitals. Amazing people are realizing they shouldnt go to the ER for a cough, "I almost had diarrhea" or ear pain.

Depends on the person, doesn't it? A fever is your body's response to fight off a foreign material, no? So if I feel like I have a fever, I've got a bug my body is trying to fight, regardless of what the official temperature may be.
