Think of it this way. Most all of us have been on cruise ships or at least everyone here has heard how the stomach virus can rip through a cruise ship even on 7 day trips where over half the ship comes down with the bug. This is even after the cruise lines attempts at maintaining an as sanitary environment as the can. I know on the cruise lines, Norwiegen and Princess, you have to hit the hand sanitizer at pretty much every elevator, dining room, etc.
The difference is, the cruise ships are confined which is a good thing and bad. Bad for those on board that is for sure. But this is just a bug that makes you piss out your ass for a few days and some vomiting, whereas Ebola has a pretty good track record at KILLING YOU and everyone around you.
