Dear Lewisville ISD Parents:

We wanted to keep you updated about the communication we shared with you yesterday in regard to the resident of The Colony who was transported to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas for possible Ebola symptoms.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital recently reported that the individual’s condition is good, with no fever, vomiting or diarrhea reported. His current condition is not consistent with an early-stage Ebola diagnosis. The hospital’s standard laboratory testing indicates all findings are within normal ranges. Further lab testing specimens have been received in Austin and results are expected later today.

LISD will remain in contact with all health agencies to monitor this situation and ensure your child’s health and safety. We will provide updates as they become available.

You know what concerns me? Your paranoia.

This dude doesnt have ebola. It's been stated that his risk factor is 0. He went to the apartment days after the "best case" for the unhosted virus to remain viable. He has no fever, nor any indication that he actually contracted ebola. Again, none of the family members have contracted it either, and they were in direct contact with the patient.
