So it says the family of the dude was just ordered to stay in their apartment. Seems sort of a sloppy way to contain it.

I dont think the city/county/state has any sort of containment facilities as they would generally just be empty, which would place it on the chopping block as a waste of tax payer money. An example of not having the facilities is the illegals they wanted to bring to the dfw.
