Created and implemented 5 custom applications to monitor 6,000 servers graphing relevant data sets to 4 unique departments.

Created new training procedures and hiring processes.

These are not real examples, but they really got all the good stuff out of me. The best part was in an interview, I could fucking word vomit about anything on my resume because i had actually done it.
I cant put a price on how much i've increased my salary, and i feel it is directly related to my professional resume just as much as it is my skills. I am not a salesman, and in tech i am appeased with problems which always gives the employeers leverage because they know to an engineer, problems are also part of the fun of the job. Now i know how to ask for more and show why I deserve it and stand tall about my declaration of salary.
