Damn, some of those are nice enough to make me almost want to live on a golf course.

Cops and neighbors are a whole lot less likely to mess with you running around in a golfcart verses a Ranger in a residential neighborhood.

OP, here is one in your price range, and looks like he will take a partial AR trade.

I had the same questions last year and ended up buying a RZR 570 for about $10K since our HOA allows them on the streets.

Interesting.. I didn't think an HOA had any say as to what can or cannot be driven on a road. Even if it is in a community.. I wonder what the cops would say to that.

I think the likelihood of them posting up on a corner and ticketing folks is slim to none, kinda like the beer thing, don't start none won't be none.

A lot of people in my neighborhood have UTVs, quads, carts and dirtbikes and roll around on the street.

Cops don't mind (in my town) as long as you follow the traffic laws (even on the FM roads surrounding our development). I'd guess the police have the legal right to give everyone a ticket, but they are cool.

I would love to get one soon, but I'm not in any hurry. I've been casually looking for a while and can't figure out why the prices are all over the map for these things. It would be nice if these things had hour meters or odometers so you could tell just how used they are.

Thanks...nice find based on what I'm trying to do. It's hard to tell, but I think it's maroon and being a Texas Tech grad, there's no way I could ever own a maroon vehicle. I'd have to get it painted. His price seems high for a stock 2006, even with low usage, but I might be interested for the right price. Are you a member of that forum? If so, can you get the guy's contact info and PM it to me? Thanks.

They are in the SEC now so it would be alright, now if it was orange that is a no go.
