Wasn't he keeping some of his high end cars at her place and weren't they implying that there was some sort of personal relationship? When the warrants were served and all that, I seem to remember them serving warrants on her too.

yea they took a Bentley that was registered in his name from her house. the Bentley was formerly owned by a doctor who was scamming medicare and Texas for millions, and was seized by Dallas. Somehow JWP acquired the title and car

speaking of Bentleys, there is one for sell at a used car dealership off of division in Arlington

I read a lot of the indictment yesterday, they have about 50 instances where the dumbass lobbyist just handed him a check that he took to the bank. This went on over a period of twelve years. They also got him for filing three years of fraudulent tax returns.

What kind of a dumbass takes a $50,000 check as a bribe, deposits it in the bank and then on top of that doesn't report the income on his taxes? This is a great tale of hubris.

This dumbass does know that the banks are required to report deposits/withdrawals of 10k or more, right. What a fucking maroon.

banks have to report cash over 10k deposited or monetary instruments over 3k purchased with cash.

checks simply just leave a paper trail.

Give them time. They will get theirs in the end.

I'm sure the end isn't anywhere to be found just yet. This will draw out alot of dirty Dallas politics for sure.

He doesn't need to snitch them out. If they've been running this investigation for as long as they have, they should already know.

He was an 80's Dallas (TV show) fan.

He just has no clue where the line was drawn vs reality.

                          Lock him up...
