Good judgment comes from bad decisions and a lot of that comes from bad judgment.

          From the blog:

All differences between Billy and Dallas Performance have been resolved amicably with no unresolved differences and there is nothing more to be seen here

I don't know what to believe. I tend to believe the shop owner a little more.

If the guy is pulling a vacuum hose of a 1989 4 Wheeler that has been sitting in his neighbors yard to just maliciously hurt the name of a shop, it really doesn't help the validity of the rest of his story.

It just goes to show that you really need to qualify your customer these days. It's amazing that you have to sign an arbitration agreement to get a warranty on a toaster but you can drop $150k for a 1500hp Lamborghini without any kind of liability waiver.

I see both sides of it. On one you have a customer with way more money than sense but they have unrealistic expectations. Even if you have a billion dollars you can't build something that handles like an F-1 car, accelerates like a pro stocker but is comfortable and reliable to drive.

On the other hand you have to pay your bills and it's really hard to turn down someone with money to burn. It's fine to take their money but you have to explain everything and make sure they know what can and will happen if they don't listen. If they start to cut corners it should be a red flag, when they start asking for passwords to the engine management software it's time to cut them off.
