If they arent reporting, get their information and send them a cease and desist to get them to stop calling you. Inform them that any communication other than mail, is inconvenient. If they want to play ball and continue to call you, start recording them and jotting down the times and dates and keeping the voice recording. Answer it but do not give them any information at all. (social, d.o.b. favorite color, nothing) keep repeating that you have notified them in writing that they are not to call you and remind them again. If they get ruthless, and you are keeping a detailed paper trail, sue them.
