I've been trying to convince myself this piece of land is worth it for awhile now. It's close to our current home and it a somewhat secluded neighborhood. It's 2.8 acres if I remember right. Problem is they want $200K for it.

I just closed a month ago on 22.5 acres in east Texas that shares a property line with my parents farm. I'm hoping by the time we build a house and move out there we'll be able to just buy a fuel cell to power the house. Water and electricity will be $$$ I'm sure since there are currently no utilities. By the same token, it's unmolested.DamonH
